国連経済社会理事会NGOです。

発展途上国に向けたサポートを中心に人道的活動として、黒人歴史月間の企画、実施。先進国から資金援助を行っていない国々から留学生を募るプロジェクト、アフリカ諸国に医療機関を建設するプロジェクトなどに携わっています。発展途上国の豊富な天然資源を生かし、資金力のある先進国との間に「相互利益」をもたらす人道的支援プロジェクトを展開し、経済的自由を求める発展途上国から絶大な支持を得ています。

    (June 2023) One of this year’s recipients of the Robert Starling Music Scholarship sponsored by the Panamerican-Panafrican Association, was the distinguished choral conductor, Ebenezer A. Allotey, Founder and Artistic Director of the Tema Choir USA.

活動の歩み

1968年
国連経済社会理事会NGO、PanAmerican-Panafrican Association設立（米国ニューヨーク）
1969年
世界初、発展途上国開発支援のための通商会議プログラムをスタート。
1975年
過激論団体の調査を開始。KKKに対して訴訟を起こす。この訴訟によりKKKのメンバー加入者が減少。
1980年
Impartial Citizen Newspaper新聞を復興。
1983年
ニューヨーク州シラキュースの少数民族問題の定期会議共同議長に就任。
会議では民族間の問題について議論された。
1984年
ニューヨーク州知事より人権顧問会議員を任命され、中央ニューヨーク人権会議の議長を務める。
1987年
韓国、中国、フィリピンを訪問し、通商援助プログラムのリサーチを行う。
1994年
メニングクリニックと合同で国際会議を開催。ホームレスの増加、非行少年の増加、テレビでの暴力が子供に与える影響についての議論がマスコミに大きく取り上げられる。ラジオ放送局にて、テキサスKKKの雄、グランドドラゴンと対談。
1995年
ロシア使節と協力し、国連後援、米露国際通商会議を開催。
1997年
国際政府間会議にて森林の砂漠化防止に関する企画書を提出。
1998年
2月を国際的に「ブラックヒストリーマンス（黒人歴史月間）」とする運動をリベリア、南アフリカ、トーゴ、ガーナ、ベニンに拡大して展開。
1999年
シリアで奴隷だったフォジア ハッサン氏を救出、渡米させる。
2000年
ロバート スターリング プリチャード飢餓救済財団をイタリアに設立。
2002年
10月20日、米国大統領経済委員に任命される。
